Submission Guidelines
- You must be at least 18 years old to enter a manuscript.
- The manuscript must be previously unpublished and written solely by you.
- All submissions should be PDFs with 1-inch margins and 12-point font.

Include the manuscript title on the appropriate pages:
- for fiction entries, the title should be included before the opening paragraph
- for poetry entries, include the title of each poem before its opening stanza; if the collection has a title, include it on a separate line before the first poem
- Do not include your name or any other personally identifiable information, such as email addresses or phone numbers.
- You may only enter each vote once per genre.

Payment
In order to participate in a vote, you must submit a $5.00 USD payment through your Sixfold account.
Entry fee refunds will not be granted after each issue’s voting begins.
If an author does not vote by a round's voting deadline, their manuscript is withdrawn from voting and they will not be permitted to vote in any following rounds.
Withdrawing and replacing submissions
Simultaneous submissions—submitting the same writing to another publisher—is okay, but only previously unpublished work can be included in Sixfold.
If writing submitted to Sixfold is published elsewhere, the submission may be replaced any time before the deadline. Alternatively, an author may choose to complete the voting process and decline publication if selected.
Copyright and publishing rights
Sixfold claims neither copyright nor publishing rights to a manuscript submitted for voting; if a manuscript is voted into publication at Sixfold, the author may accept or decline publication.
