Adam L. R. Summers is a family man who works as a clinical scientist, reads cosmology for fun, and writes poetry to make sense of it all. His writing focuses on the intersections of time, family, life, and death. He is active in the Humboldt poetry community. His work was most recently curated in the anthology Remembering Woody Guthrie. He lives with his wife, children, and too many pets on California’s Humboldt coast.
